Crystal Quant is a web-based construction-management platform for UK contractors, quantity surveyors, project managers, site teams, architects, engineers, and CDM coordinators.
Currently available Beta tools include NRM cost estimating, tender management, valuations and financial controls, programme scheduling, BIM and drawing workflows, compliance workflows, and AI-assisted project work.
JCT workflow support is advertised for the 2016 SBC, DB, IC and MW forms. The platform does not provide legal advice or certify contract validity; appropriate licences and professional review remain the user’s responsibility.
Functional Beta access is free for registered users and no payment card is required. Companies House lookup, Stripe subscription support, and Cloudinary media/file handling are third-party integrations subject to their relevant terms and availability.
